About our Student Support

Anglo Educational Services (AES) offer a wide range of support services to students, understanding that for many, studying abroad could be their first time leaving the US. For some groups, a faculty leader may be in London to assist with any student needs, but AES will also work closely with students, home campuses and on-site members of staff to assist in any way possible.

Some of our support services include:

• 24-hour emergency assistance
• Orientation sessions for all groups upon arrival
• Provision of local information documents, with details on banks, shops, transport and medical facilities
• Staff with first aid and mental health training
• Designated members of staff for student well being
• Assistance with health and medical concerns
• Assistance with social activities such as theatre tickets and travel

Please note that, whilst we will make every effort to contact a resident in the event of an emergency, it may not always be possible to do this straight away. To contact a resident, please provide us with the following information when you call:

• Your name and contact details
• The person you are trying to contact
• The apartment number and name of the property they are staying in
• Which college or organisation they are studying through

For security reasons we are unable to give out contact details of any resident via the phone or email
